Our health and wellness programs provide the following:
Diagnostic Assessment/Data Collection
Our medical technicians draw blood, or does a finger stick, from each employee (this is voluntary). A full wellness panel is performed to help identify potential health risks for each employee including lab testing, blood pressure, pulse, height, weight and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation.
Reporting
For Employee: CONFIDENTIAL test results will be given to each employee along with customized health education materials addressing their specific health risks.
For Employer: An aggregate report will be given to the employer, which summarizes the overall results for the employee population (e.g. % with high cholesterol, % with diabetes, etc), along with comparisons to national data and health risk and ROI analysis.
Education
Health education material will be available to all employees at the health fairs/biometric screening event.
Additional Options
In addition to the wellness screenings, employers may add other services to their Health and Wellness Program: Physician consultation, coaching for high risk employees, flu shots, lung function testing, exhibitor program, corporate fitness class, bone density heal scan, etc.
